My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
I Received the Wrong/Defective Product, What should I do?
Engrafted Est 2009 will make sure you get the correct item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at engrafted09@gmail.com to notify us of the issue. Please include your order number, name and email used for the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please be sure to attach picture of the product(s) showing the issue.
